Fire TV Debloat Tool (FireOS7 Devices ONLY)

What is bloatware?

All Amazon devices come with a lot of bloatware. Even if you don’t use these processes/services, they are still running in the background, taking up RAM and CPU. Using the new TDUK FireOS7 debloat tool, we can easily disable these processes that we not using by simply ticking/unticking them. If you do find that a certain process breaks an app from working, you can just go back in to the toolbox and enable it again.

(APK at the bottom of the page)

  1. Enable installation from Unknown Sources on your device
  2. Ensure you have ADB debugging enabled
  • Using downloader to install the debloat toolbox
  • Start the application

  • You must tick the “Always allow USB Debugging” and the click OK.

Application will start

The debloat tool will do a scan and show you all of the things that are currently disabled (ticked) and Enabled (unticked)

If you want to disable everything, click on this box on the top

This will tick everything for you and you can then press the play button next to it to apply the change

Enable Prime Video

To ensure that Prime Video continues working, ensure you do not tick these 5 processes =========== # Amazon Prime (1 of 5) # Amazon Prime (2 of 5) # Amazon Prime (3 of 5) == # Amazon Prime (4 of 5) =Amazon Prime (5 of 5)
