Finally we have a new process to use a customer Launcher on FireOS 6+ Devices
I have tested this process on the latest Firmware (March 2023) on my Amazon 4K Firestick Max but this will work for any FireOS 6 or FireOS 7 device, including the new 3rd Gen Fire TV Cube !

1. From the Main Menu scroll to hover over Settings.
2. Click My Fire TV.
3. Choose Developer Options.
4. Click Apps from Unknown Sources.
5. Choose Turn On.
6. Go to About — Network and confirm your IP Addresss
